I'm Back!!!!

I have been extremely busy the last couple of months with finishing quilts for our Prairie Treasures Quilt Show, typing 300 labels, and organizing the 'Judging'.  The show was a big success! Beautiful quilts, great vendors, but, let's face it, it's the 'pulled pork' sandwiches that brings in the crowd.

I'm already working on customer quilts for Christmas gifts. After all, it's almost Halloween!

Retreat is starting tomorrow. I have several baby quilt kits lined up (YES, I'll be a grandma in March), and I'll be working on a T-shirt quilt for a customer. Lots of sewing, laughter and food!

The Island of Mainau in the Lake of Constance was always a good destination for a school field trip. It's a beautiful little oasis in the Lake of Constance, and so close to home.
